CLEAR INFORMATION, BEFORE YOU JOIN
Instalment Payment Terms
Applies only when a pay-in-instalments option is offered Last updated 11 October 2026. These terms supplement the Programme Terms and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
1. The purchase
These terms are offered by Sharon House, trading as Addiction2Advocate. You may pay the full total shown at checkout or choose instalments where available. Instalments are a way to pay the agreed full programme price over time; they do not constitute separate purchases of each lesson or a subscription. No automatic renewal applies.
2. Your binding payment schedule
Before confirming an instalment purchase, the checkout must display your programme, Independent or Supported tier, total price including taxes, amount payable now, each later amount and exact collection date, the merchant/payment provider, any lawful fees (if applicable) and the payment method. The order confirmation must repeat that schedule. If the provider cannot display or confirm the dates and amounts, do not choose the instalment option. Where Addiction2Advocate itself offers an instalment plan, we will not add interest, arrangement fees or late fees. If a separately identified third-party finance provider is offered, its separate regulated credit terms, status and disclosures apply and must be shown before you accept them.
3. Payment authorisation and failed collections
By selecting a particular instalment schedule you authorise the relevant provider to collect the listed amounts on the agreed dates. We do not ask you to send card numbers through direct message or email. If a payment fails, we will contact you privately and provide a reasonable chance to resolve it. We may adjust a later date by written agreement. We will not shame customers or add undisclosed penalties. If payments remain unpaid after reasonable notice, future access or undelivered Supported services may only be restricted where fair, proportionate and lawful; this does not remove statutory rights.
4. Cancellation and refunds
All statutory cancellation and refund rights apply equally to instalment customers. Where a full refund is payable, we will return amounts collected and cancel future instalments. For a lawful partial refund, or any lawful charge for early Supported services, we will give a written calculation and revise remaining collections appropriately. A cancellation is not automatically a waiver of money lawfully owed under a contract that has not been cancelled. If you cancel before your purchased cohort start date, and we have not supplied paid programme content or Supported services, our standard full pre-start refund promise applies as described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. A note about affordability
Please do not buy a programme if instalments would put essential bills or household needs at risk. Free Addiction2Advocate resources remain available. Contact hello@addiction2advocate.com with payment or accessibility questions.
For the November 2026 launch
Independent programme options are linked from the programmes page. Both Supported programmes require an application, with payment only after approval.
The programmes begin on 1 November 2026. No paid lessons, worksheets or Supported services begin before that date. Lessons are released weekly. Online materials access lasts 12 months from 1 November 2026; live Supported services last for the teaching weeks of the purchased programme.
Any reference in these policies to an “early start” means delivery during a customer's statutory cancellation period, never delivery before the agreed programme start date. Joining an interest list does not reserve or purchase a place.
