CLEAR INFORMATION, BEFORE YOU JOIN

Complaints, Feedback & Accessibility

How to raise a concern or ask for an adjustment Last updated 11 October 2026. We want problems to be handled fairly and without judgement.

1. Contact us

Email hello@addiction2advocate.com with your name, the programme you bought (if relevant), what happened and what you would like us to do. You do not need to disclose sensitive details of addiction, health or medical care in a complaint. You may also write to 10 Bowood Drive, Brockworth, Gloucester, GL3 4UN.

2. How we respond

We aim to acknowledge a complaint within five working days and give a substantive response within 20 working days. If we need longer, we will explain why and give an updated date. Serious safety concerns will be prioritised. Complaints will be handled privately, with information shared only when needed to investigate or respond.

3. If you disagree with our response

Reply to the same email requesting a further review by the business owner. If a formal legal remedy is due, we will not replace it with an informal goodwill offer. You can also seek advice from Citizens Advice or use applicable courts or other consumer remedies. Our policy does not restrict your rights.

4. Accessibility and reasonable adjustments

Tell us if a disability or access need makes it difficult to use the materials, complete worksheets, join a meeting or communicate. We will discuss reasonable adjustments, such as accessible document formats or an alternative way of participating where available. We will not guarantee an adaptation that we cannot realistically provide, and will be clear about any material limitation before purchase.

5. Confidentiality and feedback

We welcome feedback, including criticism. We will not publish testimonials, screenshots, private messages, recordings or personal recovery stories without a separate, freely given permission. We may keep the minimum records necessary to handle complaints and meet legal duties, as described in our Privacy Notice.
